Catherine Opie: Skyways & Ice Houses
Forward by Douglas Fogle. Produced as a culmination of Catherine Opie’s year long residency at the Walker Art Center, the artist chose to photograph two quintessential Minnesotan structures: the downtown skyway system and ice fishing houses. The publication contains a selection of these images and short stories from Minnesotan residents that provide a literary counterpoint to the artist’s photographs. |
